Privacy notice

Brothers uses the information you provide in a booking request — your name, contact details, preferred reply method, party size, venue, date, time and any notes — to manage the request and contact you about it. Please avoid including sensitive information in the notes.

Booking requests are stored in our private administration system. Authorised restaurant staff can view them. When staff alerts are enabled, our messaging provider receives the minimum booking information needed to send the alert. A request is not a confirmed reservation until our team confirms it.

Using a WhatsApp or text button opens your chosen messaging app. The message is sent only when you choose to send it there, and the messaging service’s own terms and privacy notice apply.

The website uses necessary cookies for staff authentication and draft previews. This version of the site does not add advertising or analytics trackers.

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or discuss how your booking details are handled, contact contact@brothers-lounge.co.uk. We retain booking information only while it is needed for managing requests and the restaurant’s applicable record-keeping responsibilities.
